Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing
Prep Time: 5 minutes, plus 2 hours to chill
yield: 2 cups 1 package cream cheese , softened
½ cup chicken or beef bone broth, homemade or store-bought, or more if needed
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves and stems
¼ cup lime juice
½ teaspoon dried chives
½ teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon dried dill weed
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving . Add more broth if the dressing is too thick.
Store the dressing in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
